carlos: @everlurker NaughtyDog released a remastered version of The Last of Us. With an additional DLC 'left behind' which tells the story of how Ellie go bitten. In that DLC Ellie was shown to be Lesbian as she made out with her close friend Riley Abel. TL;DR Ellie being gay was nothing new when the second game came out.
